Bobby Weil is the Product Leader and Head of U.S. Loan Agency for Wilmington Trust. N.A. Bobby joined Wilmington Trust, N.A. in 2021 as Unit Manager for Loan Agency Middle Administration, with a concentrated focus on enabling technological efficiencies to further Wilmington’s agency services mission. He brings 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with over 15 years of specialized experience in the syndicated loan market.

Bobby’s most recent assignment prior to joining Wilmington Trust was as a Senior Sales Executive at FIS Global promoting Virtus Loan Agency. Prior to his work at FIS, Bobby spent over 15 years at BNY Mellon helping to build its named and private label loan agency business. At BNY Mellon, he served as an agent servicer, the manager of syndicated loan operations, a senior transaction manager for syndicated products, the manager of middle office loan administration, a senior relationship manager for corporate trust, and the manager of the commercial mortgage services business for BNY Mellon.

Bobby also served as the global vice-chair of PRISM, BNY Mellon’s affinity organization for the LGBTQA community, and represented BNY Mellon at several global conferences to advance BNY Mellon’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Bobby graduated summa cum laude in mass communication with a Master’s degree in British history, both from Louisiana State University. He resides in McKinney, Texas, a suburb of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
